Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


Fulfillment & Shipping Methods

Most orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

When inventory is not available through FBA, orders may ship directly from our warehouse. In these cases, delivery times may vary slightly.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (FBA): 2–5 business days

  • Warehouse Fulfillment: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

We currently ship within:

  • United States

  • Canada (if applicable — remove if not offered)

If you require shipping outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Promotional or free shipping offers may apply during certain periods and will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.


Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Dove Material Suppliers is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Peak holiday shipping volume

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately via our contact form.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
