Returns

We want you to feel confident purchasing Shurfoot® Non-Slip Absorbent. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used product bags

  • Items returned in damaged or incomplete packaging

  • Orders returned after 30 days


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.


Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Orders

Many orders are fulfilled through Amazon FBA to ensure fast delivery.

In some cases, returns may be processed according to Amazon’s fulfillment and return handling procedures.

We will guide you through the correct return process based on how your order was shipped.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A fulfillment error on our part

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a short window after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
